Screw conveyor
the screw conveyor is manufactured completely by us with replaceable coils made of ASS compound plate. The compound plate is a two-layer plate; it combines the extreme hardness and wear resistance of the top layer with the weldability and deformability of the carrier plate. The top layer contains very hard carbides with a hardness of more than 70 HRC. The carrier plate, made of steel, is weldable. The layer thickness can be between 3 mm and more than 20 mm depending on its expected wear. Various alloys, appropriate for the expected wear, are available. A.S.S.-compound plates can be deformed and welded. Cutting is done with plasma or water jet. The exchangeable screw coils reduce repair costs considerably.
