Complete manufacture of rotors for impact mills can be carried out.
The impact and guiding elements are made of wear resistant, vacuum hardened and tempered chromium mould casting. The outer diameter is protected from wear by a ring made of A.S.S.-compound plate, the screw heads by ARc metal spraying, and
the impact blade holder by manual hard-facing of the stressed outer contour.
