New product development
The innovative DETLOFF deflector mixer blade for concrete mixers is distinguished by its remarkable advantages:
The base body is made of vacuum hardened and tempered chromium mould casting with a basic hardness of 60 HRc. The blade has an extremely high wear resistance. The sintered surface structure in flake form with embedded hard metal carbides enables an aerodynamically efficient sliding of the mixture, with reduced friction.
Optionally, the tip of the blade, which is particularly exposed to wear and tear, can be equipped with robust carbide segments. The blade geometry and, consequently, the mixing effect of the blade will thus be preserved for some time. Compared with conventional mould casting blades the new CC-blade achieves a service life improvement of up to factor 5.

The DETLOFF compound steel mixer blade is distinguished by its remarkable advantages:
The base body is made of highly wear resistant compound plate with a coating hardness of 60 HRc. Additionally, the blade has a sintered coating of extremely hard and wear-resistant hard metal carbides. Optionally, the tip of the blade, which is particularly exposed to wear and tear, can be equipped with a robust carbide segment. The geometry, and consequently the mixing effect of the blade will thus be preserved for a long time. At customer request, compound steel mixer blades can also be manufactured at short notice. The service life of these blades is several times longer than that of conventional blades.

The DETLOFF CC mixer blade for asphalt mixers is distinguished by its remarkable advantages:
The base body is made of vacuum hardened and tempered chromium mould casting with a basic hardness of 60 HRc. The blade has an extremely high wear resistance due to a sintered surface coating with embedded extremely hard and wear-resistant hard metal carbides. Optionally, the tip of the blade, which is particularly exposed to wear and tear, can be equipped with a robust carbide segment. The blade geometry and, consequently, the mixing effect of the blade will thus be preserved for some time.
Compared with conventional mould casting blades, the new CC-blade achieves a service life improvement of up to factor 5.
